FAQs
Questions worth asking before you decide.
Straight answers about what the preview does, what it does not do and what to bring to a conversation.
Does MailCircle send chat messages as email today?
No. That is the product direction. The current preview provides local chat and email drafts without a connected delivery path.
Can I connect Gmail or Outlook?
No live Gmail or Outlook mailbox connector was installed in the reviewed source.
Will my recipient need a MailCircle account?
The intended email-based experience aims to reach recipients through email. This behaviour is not built or verified, so account requirements are not settled.
Where do my drafts go?
The current preview retains drafts in browser-local storage. They are not verified as synchronised, backed up or shared across devices.
Can I receive replies in the chat?
Not in the current preview. Inbound email handling and conversation matching still need implementation.
Does it use AI to write better emails?
No scoped AI rewrite or chat-to-email AI workflow was verified. Do not expect AI writing in this preview.
Can I attach a file?
Live attachment delivery is not available in the scoped product. The shared SMTP foundation currently rejects unsupported attachment fields.
Why do the preview screenshots say Business OS?
MailCircle is the name for this scoped product direction. The current communication screens come from the Business OS source and still retain its branding.
Is there any working email code?
The parent platform has a separate transactional email foundation for messages such as verification and invitations. It is not connected to the chat and email draft UI.
Can I use the preview for confidential client emails?
Use sample, anonymised text. The preview is not a live secure mailbox or a production email service.
What can I evaluate now?
The draft-writing experience, conversation organisation, quick replies and email preview. Live delivery and mailbox behaviour must wait for implementation.
Is there a price or a free trial?
No public price or trial is listed. Ask for a written scope and price for your requirements before making a purchase decision — see Evaluation.
Did we miss your question?
Ask it with one example of the email you write.
Discuss your email workflowTell us what would make this useful to you.
Describe one message you write every week. We can use that starting point to assess fit, show the relevant interface and make the remaining work clear.
Start with a question, not a commitment. Use sample or anonymised information.
